The Must—Try Cheese 57》 Cheese is one of the earliest man-made foods, with a history dating back more than 5,000 years. It’s enjoyed almost everywhere from remote villages high in the mountains to the tables of the finest restaurants. If you want to enjoy the world’s best 1)cheddar, then look no further than the beautiful county of Somerset in southwest England where this famous cheese first originated. Not far from Wincanton are two farms that produce cheddar in the traditional way. These are run by dairy farmers Jamie Montgomery and Stephen Keene. Oh, just beyond the fairest thoughts that 5)throng This breast, the thought of thee waits hidden yet bright; But it must never, never come in sight; I must stop 6)short of thee the whole day long. But when sleep comes to close each difficult day, When night gives pause to the long watch I keep, And all my 7)bonds I needs must loose apart, Must 8)doff my will as 9)raiment 10)laid away, — With the first dream that comes with the first sleep I run, I run, I am gather’d to 11)thy heart.
